Hey Cadets!
As we enter the new year of 2012, let us take this time to reflect upon ourselves on what we wish to achieve in this year, both academically and in NPCC.
For our youngest batch of cadets, formerly Sec. 1s, and now Sec. 2s, you’re no longer the most junior squad when the Sec. 1s of 2012 are recruited really soon! This means that your fellow CLs will be expecting higher standards from you. :) In terms of drills, campcraft, etc, you’ll be covering the next levels, having learnt the foundation last year.
And to the current batch of Sec. 3s (CLTs): Your squad’s the 2nd-most senior squad in the unit and in less than half a year’s time, all of you will be running the unit as CLs together! Strive the best of standards, and when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Don’t give up!
