ARSC 2012 Briefing

Today, Sec. 3 and 4 cadets who're representing our Unit in the Air Rifle Shooting Competition 2012, organised by NUS NPCC,
had their first taste at firing an air rifle, in preparation for the competition day 8 days later, on Sunday.

Hopefully we will be able to clinch commendable positions with our efforts on the day, and not forgetting, to
have FUNNN! :)

Here's a video for those who are interested to see how an air rifle looks like, and is loaded!

Badges + Drill Competition! (17/2/12)

During yesterday's training, both Sec. 2 and 3 squads were awarded badges  such as Total Defence (Bronze) and Civil Defence respectively. On top of which, a mini drill competition was held to select cadets for the Inter-Unit Drill Competition.

We hope that the competition will serve to motivate everyone to further improve our drill standards,
together as a squad!

The weather was intermittently good & bad...
